INTRODUCTORY FRENCH CLASS

Join us in this beginner French course which will focus on teaching the basic vocabulary, phrases, statements, questions and answers needed for simple oral exchanges.  The emphasis on oral expression will be supported by a reading and writing component. Over the eight weeks participants will progress from rote responses to creating simple statements and questions in the present tense with select vocabulary.  Expect both large group work and structured dialogues with a partner. Suitable for complete beginners, those took a French course but cannot remember much, and parents of immersion students hoping to learn enough to help with reading.
